Located on the Black Sea coast in southern Russia, the project comprises 20 luxury villas conceived as an exclusive residential resort. The development combines contemporary architecture, water and landscape, with panoramic sea views defining the identity and atmosphere of the project.

The masterplan responds to the natural terrain, arranging the villas in a cascading composition. Buildings are positioned at different levels to ensure privacy and open sea views, while the architecture follows the landscape, creating a balanced relationship with the natural surroundings.
A defining element is a system of long linear swimming pools extending between the villas. These ribbons of water organize the development, create visual depth and reinforce the connection with the horizon, making water and sea views an integral part of the experience.
The contemporary architectural language combines natural stone, warm timber and panoramic glazing. Generous terraces and landscaped areas extend the interiors towards private pools and gardens, creating a sophisticated environment focused on privacy, comfort and resort living.
