The hotel is located on the shores of Valdai Lake in Russia, surrounded by dense forest and a pristine natural landscape. Conceived as a contemporary wellness retreat, the project creates a close dialogue between architecture, water and nature. Guest accommodation, shared spaces and wellness facilities form a peaceful environment focused on privacy, relaxation and a deeper connection with the surrounding landscape.

The architecture consists of low-rise volumes carefully integrated into the forest and positioned to preserve existing trees and open views towards the lake. Natural timber, glass and environmentally responsible materials define the restrained architectural language. Panoramic glazing, private terraces and warm interiors extend the living spaces into the landscape, creating a seamless transition between inside and outside.

The SPA and wellness area forms a central part of the hotel experience, offering a sequence of calm, light-filled spaces dedicated to relaxation and recovery. Natural materials, translucent surfaces and soft lighting create an intimate atmosphere, while views towards the forest reinforce the sense of seclusion. Architecture, interiors and landscape work together to create a contemporary retreat shaped by nature and well-being.
